soyunpollo  me ha estado pidiendo unos diseños para hacerse unos tatuajes de unas alas, y este ha sido el proceso desde la primera versión hasta la que por ahora es mi definitiva... de todas maneras no sé como de parecido será el tatuaje final porque lo más seguro es que lo modifique ella, pero esta es mi parte del trabajo. Las fotos son malísimas pero es que no tengo otro medio óptico que una webcam ahora mismo.
soyunpollo  has been asking me for some designs to get wings tatooed on her arms, and this has been the process from the first version until what's for now the final one... still I don't know how similar to these the tattoo will be because probably she'll modify it, but this is my share of the work. The photos are distilled crap but I just don't have anything else than a webcam right now.



Primera prueba. Bastante cutre pero por alguna parte tenía que empezar.

First draft. Quite shabby but I had to start somewhere!




Segunda versión. Me quedo con el esquema general de la primera, pero añadiéndole la "flor" y cambiando el tipo de líneas. De todas maneras la transición entre flor y plumas es muy confusa y el interior de las plumas no tiene gracia.
Second version. I keep the general layout of the first, but adding the "blossom" and changing the style of the lines. Still, the transition between blossom and feathers is confusing and the inside of the feathers isn't appealing.



Versión tercera y final por ahora. Entintada y conservándolo todo de la segunda excepto la transición entre flor y plumas y el relleno de las alas, está entintada y el original es más grande, me gusta bastante como me ha quedado.
Third and final version, for now. Keeping everything from the second but the flower-feathers transition and the inside of the feathers, it's inked and the original piece is bigger, I quite like how did it turn out.
 

...Realmente es divertido hacerle diseños a la gente en la medida que se lo tomen en serio y estén dispuestos a ir desentrañando contigo el proceso, me gusta plasmar las ideas de otros.
...The truth is that it's fun to do requests for people, as long as they take it seriously and they're willing to unravel with you the whole proces, I like shaping other people's ideas.
